Great Payne, INC. has been an independent contractor for FedEx Ground since 2008, and we have built our reputation on strictly team runs — hub to hub, drop and hook, pulling double trailers. 

Our compensation is among the strongest in the region, with competitive per-mile pay and a monthly safety bonus on top of it. 

Drivers run late-model Freightliner and Volvo bunk condos equipped with automatic transmissions, refrigerators, and company-provided Sirius/XM radio, and most enjoy two to three days of home time each week.
